NIRIT-XINWEI Telecom Technology Ltd. (NXTT) , a Russian-Chinese company established in 2012 for the deployment of an all-Russian professional wireless telecommunication network based on the GOST R 58166-2018 wideband multimedia 4G system of trunking radio communication.

The company is represented on the telecommunication market by a holding enterprise and subsidiary enterprises – telecommunication operators: Unicel Ltd., Beliton Ltd., QuatroPlus Ltd., Lardeks Ltd. and BIT-Center Ltd. that are building their own network all over the Russian Federation.

To build up the Russian industrial ecosystem of professional radio communications.

Putting in place a full production cycle based on Russian enterprises:

• Organizing the manufacture of subscriber and network equipment

As well as exporting ready-made solutions for deployment of a critical information infrastructure to other countries.

Our main goal — building the Russian national technological platform that will be able to ensure the rollout of a professional telecommunication infrastructure for departmental / corporate users; such an infrastructure is expected to be modern, secure, independent of foreign vendors and be able, in the long run, to solve all the problem related to the deployment of critical important telecommunication facilities.
