Xinwei Telecom Enterprise Group was invited to participate in a dialogue with Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Surkov in Beijing on March 23, 2012. The Chairman and CEO of Xinwei Mr. Wang Jing attended the event and conducted in-depth and friendly talks with Vice-Premier of Russia Mr. Surkov about the Xinwei project in Russia. Mr. Surkov acknowledged the efforts of Xinwei in the development of national communication networks in Russia. Mr. Surkov also highly appreciated the quality of information and communication technologies, as well as the quality of information services and technological applications in the field of public mobile communications, the Internet, digital television and emergency rescue measures provided by Xinwei. The Russian Ambassador to China, Mr. Sergei Razov, also attended the event.
