Analysis of outlooks for McWiLL technology penetration into Russian telecommunication market

Abstract. Analysis was made of the status and development potential for the most informationally closed market of professional mobile communication (PMR) market and corporate mobile communication market closely related with the former. Conclusion was made about significant potential of the market, and at the same time, about the absence of possibility to use it on the basis of technologies available today. Solution is presented for technical and commercial problems of Russian corporate and departmental users’ demand for PMR services through the development of the McWiLL standard that is based on TD-SCDMA and included in the ITU Recommendations.
